Mohamed Shafee has been appointed as Director General of Maldives Land and Survey Authority since 2014. His current work as a Director General includes as follows:
Work to improve the development and capacity of the Authority's employees and to facilitate the availability of necessary training and resources to the employees.
To improve the workflow of different sections in MLSA.
Monitoring the activities of the sections daily to implement the mandate of the Authority.
Oversee that the section responsible for the objectives and planned strategies of the Authority shall expedite all the works scheduled to be done by the units and maintain them in a result-oriented manner with the assistance of the Permanent Secretary.
Representation in the areas where the Authority is required to be represented.
Hawwa Khathuma has been appointed as Director of Maldives Land and Survey Authority since 2020. Her current work as Director includes as follows:
As the Head of Corporate Section, she is responsible for monitoring the progress of all activities of Administration and Human Resources Unit, Finance and Procurement Unit and ICT Unit under the Corporate Section.
Oversee that the works to be carried out by the responsible sections under the objectives and planned strategies of the office are carried out expeditiously and effectively with the advice of the Authority Head vising.
Ahmed Saniu has been appointed as Director of Maldives Land and Survey Authority since 2022. His current work as Director includes as follows:
Strengthen the work of the Land Section and manage all aspects of the operation of the Section.
Facilitate the allocation of land for various purposes in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
Oversee the establishment and maintenance of the Land Register of Maldives and the maintenance of information in the register information system.
Assist the relevant Ministry in formulating land policy and provide necessary information.
